Involute Gear for SolidWorks is a add-in to SolidWorks that automatically draws involute spur gears in SolidWorks 2001 and 2001 Plus. A highly precise model using involute curves is obtained.
The Involute Gear dialog box is launched inside SolidWorks 2001 or 2001 Plus. The user then enters the appropriate variables for a spur gear. After completing the data entry you click the Draw button or hit Enter. All the values are automatically calculated and an involute gear is created in SolidWorks.
